The event is designed to enhance leadership competencies among women and entrepreneurs and provide them with necessary tools, skills and framework towards becoming effective leaders. It aims to support promising female entrepreneurs develop leadership and team building skills needed to scale their businesses.

Pedagogical techniques for the programme
The programme faculty has acquired mastery in employing pedagogical tools to provide a stimulating and engaging learning environment in the classroom.
The faculty uses case method, experiential exercises, stimulation games as well as lectures to keep the participants involved in the classroom discussion. One of the key benefits of multi method approach is that participants not only learn from the faculty but also learn from each other.
